Japanese layered look

These Japanese kids from Style-arena not only know how to do scarves, but they also put together a great lyered look. I'm studying their technique, but I 'm afraid that if I tried to copy this look I would appear to weigh about 500 pounds. It helps to be young and skinny if you want to pull off this look!

Great neck scarves

I have several scarves that I never wear. The last couple of days, as I have been looking through the street fashion websites, I have been admiring how some people look really great in their neck scarves. Some people seem to have a talent for arranging multiple scarves in a way that looks really stylish. Here are some examples from The Sartorialist and Hel-Looks.

Great platform shoes

Here is a picture of me in front of the Bob Evans restaurant, where my son and I eat almost every morning. This is my typical work outfit. T-shirt, nice jeans and heels. I got these platform shoes last year at the Nine West store in the Pittsburg airport. I've never seen anyone else with a pair like these and I get lots of compliments on them.

Liz's Coloful outfit

This is an outfit that I wore on Sunday. The skirt and cardigan are from a local thrift store. As you can see, I really like bright colors. My eleven yearold son took this picture of me in my front yard.

Colorful tights

I love these colorful tights, but I have trouble finding them in my size. I also live in a very small, rural town, which doesn't help either. I took these pictures from the Facehunter site.

Great fashion illustrator - David Downton

I just discovered a great fashion illustrator on the internet named David Downton. Anyway, I was looking at his sketches for ideas about how to add more personal style to my own drawings. Here are some drawings from David Downton that I retrieved from the internet.
